  1. WHO IS ALLOWED TO USE THE WEBSITE & REWARDS PROGRAM

To participate in our Rewards Program, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 

     

  2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & REWARDS PROGRAM 

     

  • Account Security: To access our Rewards Program or place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

     

  • Program Rules: Rewards points, perks, and promotional offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

     

  • Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, or revoke your specific points or account, at any time without notice if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. 

     

  1. ONLINE ORDERS, PRICING, & THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY 

     

  • Pricing and Availability: We reserve the right to change our prices, menu items, and rewards structures at any time without prior notice. 

     

  • Third-Party Services: Delivery services are fulfilled through third-party partners (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub). Once your order leaves our Springfield premises, fulfillment, delivery tracking, and delivery issues are subject to the terms and service agreements of those respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by third-party drivers. 

     

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTS
    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, menu names, and software, is the exclusive property of Burger Waze Springfield and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent. 

     

  2. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

     

  • "As Is" Basis: Our digital services and rewards program are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. 

     

  • Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burger Waze Springfield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, participation in the rewards program, or orders placed through third-party services.
